His time spent with friends and family was quality over quantity, and he was well known to prefer “just driving there”. He enjoyed reading recipes (Out Loud), eating cornbread with buttermilk out of a mason jar with a spoon and calling it supper. He baked that 5hr famous Cajun Meatloaf like a meditation on love itself. And he definitely wanted a bite off of your plate, because it looked better. Life in general was best when shared. He made every room warmer with his presence.
